I forgot to put on my blog today, I've been noticing for a few weeks that I can lift the skin on different parts of my body which seems weird lol! It ok now but not sure about when I lose the bulk and have the excess skin. Another downside has been my nails. I was told I could possibly lose hair because of not getting enough protein but it appears that its my nails that have been effected. I had thin nails to start with but in the past couple of weeks they have been peeling really badly which makes them sore because they not very thick. Hopefully the multi-vit I'm having will help to remedy this in due course.

Oh hey I have been on some vitamins, especially for hair and nails, not too cheap but I only took one pack which did seem to make a difference, I got them a while ago at the health shop on Clarkin Road (not too sure if its even still there)
